Tattoo Art with a Comic Look: Travis "Travisty" Tholen
Travis Tholen has been drawing all of his life and began drawing professionally at 16, took a hiatus from 2000-2010 to pursue a career in video games, and has recently returned to the goal of drawing for a living. He is currently working on an independent horror comic book and has several other projects in development. He has had many clients over the years with work ranging from logos to portraits and sculpture to storyboard art. He most recently did concept art and comic book art for one of Stan Lee’s projects and continues to do freelance work in all avenues of art. Travis creates art and characters that reflect his attitude of having as much fun as possible and doing what he loves in life. He maintains that belief to this day and lives life to the fullest while pursuing his goals back in his hometown, where he and his dream were born.
