Tattoo Interactive LLC herein referred to as Tatboard.com is not responsible for content posted by Tatboard.com members. Tatboard.com does not verify or endorse any content posted by its members. Tatboard.com is not responsible for the delivery or quality of any goods or services that are advertised by its members on Tatboard.com. If you believe that any of the content posted by Tatboard.com members or visitors violates your proprietary rights, including copyrights, please contact support at Tatboard dot com.
 
As a Tatboard.com member, you are solely and fully responsible for any content posted to your Tatboard.com account. We prohibit the posting of the following types of content in any account:

• hate propaganda or hate mongering, swearing, or fraudulent material or activity.
• pornography, and sexual material of a lewd, lecherous or obscene nature or intent or that violates local, state or national laws.
• any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the proprietary rights of others, including, without limitation, copyright or trademark rights.
• any material that is threatening, abusive, harassing, slanderous, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, indecent, or otherwise objectionable as determined by Tatboard.com staff; including posting private information belonging to or about other individuals.
• content that promotes, encourages, or provides instructional information about illegal activities.

Tatboard.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or delete any account at any time for any reason without prior notice.

Tatboard.com is not intended to be used as a classified advertising (outside of its classified section), "personals ad", brochure or other form of advertising system. Such posting of advertisements could be in violation of agreements made between Tatboard.com and other third party advertisers that support the cost-free nature of the system. Accounts that could possibly be in violation of the Tatboard.com advertising policy as determined by Tatboard.com administrators will be suspended or required to upgrade to a premium account.

By providing information to us, you grant Tatboard.com a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, unlimited, assignable, sublicenseable, fully paid up and royalty-free right to us to copy, prepare derivative works of, improve, distribute, publish, remove, retain, add, process, analyze, use and commercialize, in any way now known or in the future discovered, any information you provide, directly or indirectly to Tatboard.com, including but not limited to any user generated content, ideas, concepts, techniques or data to the services, you submit to Tatboard.com, without any further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or to any third parties.

By providing information to us, you represent and warrant that you are entitled to submit the information and that the information is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third party rights. It is your responsibility to keep your Tatboard.com profile information accurate and updated.

By submitting your photos, video, audio and blogs to Tatboard.com, you represent that the photos, video, audio and blogs, titles and description comply with the Tatboard.com Terms and Conditions. If any third party brings a claim, lawsuit or other proceeding against Tatboard.com based on content your post on Tatboard.com, you agree to compensate Tatboard.com including its officers, directors, employees and agents for any and all losses, liabilities, damages or expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred by Tatboard.com in connection with any such claim, lawsuit or proceeding.

Tatboard.com directors are the final arbiter of what is allowed and not allowed on the Tatboard.com website. If a portion of the content in an account is found to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions set forth, the entire account will be removed. There will be no refunds for accounts that have been deleted due to violation of the Tatboard.com Terms and Conditions set forth.

Tatboard.com maintains backups of all accounts for safety reasons, but is not obligated to do so. Tatboard.com is not obligated to pay membership refunds for any reason including but not limited to accidental deletion of content or accounts due to server malfunction, server crashes or problems with software running on the servers.

As a Tatboard.com member you agree to receive periodic emails from Tatboard.com containing information about new features and service options and to receive periodic information about special Tatboard.com promotions.

Tatboard.com is not responsible for any financial or personal loss to members using their Tatboard.com accounts for business or other purposes for any reason including but not limited to server down situations and accidental or willful deletion of member accounts and/or contents of said accounts.

Tatboard.com reserves the right to increase or decrease fees in the future based on market conditions or financial goals.

Tatboard.com reserves the right to change or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By submitting any content to Tatboard.com you signify your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
